The Company owns and operates Hotel Broadway, New Delhi, with its celebrated food and beverage outlets. Chor Bizarre - India's Restaurant, a unique and imaginative restaurant has been consistently ranked amongst the top few restaurants in the country since its opening in 1990.

O.W.H. was awarded the license to design and operate the hospitality facilities at the India Habitat Centre in 1993. Located in the heart of the city, Habitat World as the hospitality facilities are known, boasts of the country's largest and most comprehensive Convention Centre along with a club with 57 rooms, a health spa, six restaurants and several performance venues for cultural and entertainment programmes.
